This sounds so silly, but she would dance on a table. It's always something she thought really fun, crazy girls did, and she wants to do it, but oh my gosh! she never would.

Would she rather be able to breathe under water or fly?
Underwater, definitely. It's exciting but very soothing to be underwater, while flying would be just a bit too anxiety filled for her. She'd be the type to learn Mermish, too.

What would her favorite Muggle TV show be?
LAW AND ORDER, SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT! Orrrrrrrr...the UK Office/Extras. It's a subtle sort of humor that she'd really like. And a few crude jokes here and there, too

Who would be her style icon?
It's unreal how badly I want to say Zooey, but I feel like that's a cop out, haha. I think maybe Keira Knightly, because she's not a real standout kind of girl so she fits into the surroundings, but also looks fabulous See?! Little collage by Shar

Someone so shy and sweet. So I really have no idea who that'd be. Maybe JGL?

What's Simone's favorite book?
The Bell Jar, by Sylvia Plath. She felt very similar to Esther, and loved the style. It's an intelligent, deep read, while still a bit edgy and provocative. Her mother would never have approved of the book, which makes it all the more better. She does wonder, sometimes, if relating to Esther means she's going mental like Esther, but then she picks up another book and it's put out of her mind.

What is her biggest pet peeve?
When someone gets something they don't deserve, like when unintelligent people are rich, or when certain Head Girls get their badge for being pretty. She doesn't like it, and doesn't trust the people who give these undeserving people these things.

Does she have a favorite accessory?
She's a headband kind of girl.

If Simone could have a super power, what would it be?
I quite like the idea of her breathing underwater! She'd be quite the swimmer, I think.

What country would she love to visit?
I think she'd love to do an extended visit to the US, because it has nearly everything: forest, desert, mountains, snow, tropics, everything. Whenever she's in the mood, she'd just go to another area of the US and hide away there, become someone else.


What does Simone's wand consist of?
What a FABULOUS question, since she's our little wandmaker! Simone's wand is made of Ash, which stands for intelligence, wit, knowledge, and curiosity, all of which are part of Simone's personality. The length is 10 inches, and the core is Demiguise hair--Simone did not get her wand from Ollivander, but from an Eastern European wandmaker. Demiguise hair is excellent for Transfiguration.

Does Simone ever wish she had siblings?
I think she's curious about it, maybe she'd like one, but she could never handle a family like James's. She likes that he has the family that she might someday meet and get to know, but she also likes the idea of being able to leave the big family at the end of the day.

What color does Simone think looks best on her?
Why, the Ravenclaw is stunning in blue!

What is Simone's favorite pair of shoes?
She's a ballet flats kind of girl.

Haha her AI, probably!

Who is her biggest inspiration?
James, definitely. He just knows what he wants and does it. I'm not sure she would have had the courage to go for the apprenticeship with Ollivander if she hadn't met and confided in James.

Would she like children in the future?
Yes, but only one or two. She'd never handle a large family--besides, there's not much time to raise a heap of kids when you're a Wandmaker.

What is her biggest unrealised dream?
Oh, the poor girl always wanted to dance. Ballet, specifically. But her parents didn't think she was built right for it, so never gave her the chance, even as a little girl. Her parents made a lot of assumptions about her and kept her from doing things. I don't really like her parents, much.

If someone could turn into any type of flower what would it be and why?
Where is her favorite place in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley?

If someone could turn into any type of flower what would it be and why?
Something very plain and common, like black-eyed susans or something. They're simple, but bright, and I think quite friendly looking

Where is her favorite place in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley?
Hogsmeade would probably be the Shrieking Shack, because she has fond memories there with James. In Diagon Alley, it'd be Ollivanders, because it's always fascinated her, and she's so excited to work there!

Favorite kind of pie?
Raspberry.


Has Simone's Patronus changed now that she's dating James?
What a LOVELY question! The answer is no, LOL. I feel like Simone's patronus shows how truly strong-willed she is. If her patronus had been something frail, then yes, it would have absolutely changed, but if anything, James would just reinforce the strength of the gazelle.

What's her favorite spell to perform?
Wingardium Leviosa! It was the first one she learned and she thinks it's so fun. She levitated just about everything in her dorm room.

Who was her favorite Professor at Hogwarts?
She really hates Herbology, but she really loves Neville. He makes the class worth it.

What would be her favorite muggle movie?
Something like Woody Allen's Annie Hall. It's funny, quirky and strange like her, but very thoughtful. I think she's more of a character-driven person than a plot-driven person, so watching a movie about the deterioration of a relationship would really fascinate her.
